Terms & Conditions:
- Only for Back II Life clients / patients in their respective birthday months.
- The one-time half-hour Birthday Physio Massage (BPM) is valid in the birthday month, and must be claimed in the birthday month.
- The BPM appointment can only be redeemed after the completion of a Chiropractic appointment that is paid with cash, NETs or credit card, and which excludes any Chiropractic appointment paid with packages.
- Please note that the cancellation of the Chiropractic appointment booking shall result in the automatic cancellation of the BPM appointment booking.
- The BPM is not valid with and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- Booking is subjected to appointment slot availability and is not available on Saturdays.
- Please call 62351220 to book your Chiropractic appointment or you can book online via our online booking system. For online bookings, please state in the comments box that you are booking your Birthday Physio Massage.
- The BPM is not transferable to another client / patient.
